This website really has all you need to know about the PERS system in Oregon. This breaks down who is Tier 1, Tier 2, OPSRP, and what IAP is. There is also many forms, definitions, explanations, estimators, as well as feedback from current and retired members. Also useful is an A to Z list of questions and answers about the whole system, which seem to be in line with what we would be asking and need to know.
